Cabbage from Monday’s batch, cucumbers quick-pickled, flour tortillas pressed by hand for about 400 tacos.

Big Red rolls out

The red truck leaves 1200 E 6th St loaded and heads to the lot on this week’s board.

Lunch stops open at 11, night stops at 5 or 6. The line is shortest in the first twenty minutes.
