What we collect
When you use this site or order from us we may collect:
Catering requests: name, email, phone, event date, guest count, package and notes
Stop update signups: your email address and, if you share it, your first name
Order and payment records for catering invoices
Basic site analytics such as pages viewed and the type of device used
How we use it
We use your information to send quotes, plan and deliver catering, send the weekly stop email you asked for, and improve the site. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Payments
Card payments at the truck and for catering invoices are handled by our payment processor. We never store full card numbers.
Emails
Stop update emails go out about once a week. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and we delete your address when you use it.
Sharing
We share only what is needed with our email provider, payment processor and the software we use to manage catering orders. Each of them may use it only to provide that service.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies for basic analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing us.
