Food at the truck
Menu items, prices and hours can change without notice, and popular items can sell out. Stops may close early for weather or safety.
Catering quotes
Quotes are valid for 14 days. Your order is confirmed when you approve the quote and pay the deposit.
Deposits and changes
A 25% deposit holds your date
Guest counts can change up to 5 days before the event
If you call off an order more than 14 days ahead, the deposit is returned in full
Within 14 days, the deposit covers food we have already bought and prepped
Truck events
Truck bookings need a level parking area about 40 feet long, access for the smoker trailer and permission from the venue. Service time starts at the booked hour.
Allergies
Our kitchen handles soy, sesame, wheat, eggs, dairy and fish sauce. We label vegetarian and gluten-free food, but we cannot promise any dish is free of trace allergens.
Weather
If severe weather makes service unsafe, we will reschedule your event or refund the deposit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
